I know you’re feeling lost as to what you can do to improve your skin. Stick with me for awhile. Your skin type will take some patience and consistency on your end, friend. First thing first, STOP over drying your skin out with tons of acne lined products that will just increase your oil production. Facials are a must as ridding your skin of the black heads will help and the advice of products will help with the oil. Acne is tricky because depending on the severity of your condition is part of this process. A good Skin Care Consultation with an EXPERIENCED Esthetician is really important. 

 

Here are some DO and DO NOT’S for your Skin.

• DO use a Gel Cleanser twice a day.

• DO use a hydrating toner to balance out your skin.

• DO use liquid exfoliants like salicylic acid and glycolic acid.

• DO use a very light moisturizer with a clear skin serum. 

• DO use a masque twice a week.

• DO use high frequency with your facials.

 

• DO NOT use a physical exfoliant on your skin, because you don’t want to open up your blemishes and spread the bacteria.

• DO NOT pick at the Nodular Acne or Cystic Acne (red inflamed bumps with no white head). This type of acne is under the surface and you could cause more problems! 

• DO NOT forget to SMILE!
